Students typically arrive between 3:15-3:45, depending on which school they attend. Afterschool Staff are here as early as 2:30 to ensure everything is prepared for the day. Students should be picked up prior to 6:30, but if you are running late make sure to give the Gym a call as a heads up.

     Once students arrive at the gym, they enjoy Open Gym time on the main floor for 45 minutes, before going upstairs. During this time we have a small snack break, including access to the vending machine, homework, start a quick craft, group games, or a movie!

What about Practices and Rec Classes?
If your student is enrolled in any of our classes, that time is noted down and will be sent to class 5 minutes prior to start time. Students can then be picked up from class or they can return upstairs until closing.
